Ofício is Moving

A few months ago, we took a fundamental step to define what we do as a company.

Saber Fazer and Ofício were the two brands we used for the past years: the former for our education, research, retail and book publishing activities, and the latter for our consulting, communication and graphic design.

As the company expanded to different areas and embarked on a strategic journey towards more diverse projects, including European Cooperation in education, sustainability and culture & creativity, having Ofício as a shared "brand" for very different activities was not working: being stuck to a shared value proposition was limiting for both the consulting and strategic design services and the graphic design studio.

To solve this problem, we adopted Barbot Bernardo, our legal company name, as a commercial brand for business consulting, strategic design and cooperation projects.

By doing this, we reaffirmed our commitment to the other two brands, allowing Saber Fazer to focus on their natural mission activities and target groups and letting Ofício expand its activities beyond the culture and creativity field.

Estúdio Ofício has a new social home at @_estudiooficio and a new portfolio page at ooficio.com, where you can find our latest designs (some of them are yet to be launched).
